- What payment methods do you accept?
- Currently, we accept Card, Apple Pay, Cash App Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Paypal, and Venmo. If you would like to suggest any other methods, contact us!
- What is your return policy?
- In general, returns will only be allowed 30 days after the delivery date. Full refunds and exchanges will be allowed within one week of delivery, with partial refunds after one week of delivery. Product must be unworn and in good condition.
- What is your shipping policy?
- Orders will be shipped based on the shipping method selected at checkout. The tracking number will be provided via order confirmation email when the order ships.
- What are the sizing specifications for clothing?
- In general, most of our products follow a "one size fits all" sizing, but products such as tops and bikinis will have specific length/bra cup sizing info in the additional info sections of the product description.
- What are the care instructions for clothing and crochet accessories?
- For washing, crochet products are safe to machine wash on gentle/cold, or hand wash if preferred. For drying, either machine dry on gentle/low heat or hang dry if preferred
- How long do custom made requests take to fulfill?
- Once a request is made, we will update the status (approve/deny) of the request within one week. Upon approval, custom products typically will be fulfilled within 2-3 weeks based on the number of requests in the queue. Contact us if you have questions!
